W Executive France is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager Europe to lead recruitment across multiple European markets in a fast-paced, international environment. You will partner with HR leaders and Hiring Managers to design scalable processes and build high-performing teams.

You will drive talent strategy, champion employer branding, and optimise candidate experience while leveraging data and ATS to improve outcomes across Europe.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience across multiple European markets.
• Proven success leading recruitment frameworks and teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.

On behalf of one of our international clients, we are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager Europe to lead and elevate the recruitment function across multiple European markets.

Reporting to the HR leadership team, this strategic and operational role will be responsible for driving talent acquisition excellence, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring the business attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that support the organization's growth objectives across Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy across multiple European countries.
• Partnering closely with HR Directors, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality hiring solutions.
• Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, social media, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coaching and supporting Hiring Managers on effective interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.
• Driving consistency and excellence across recruitment processes, governance, and standards.

Leveraging recruitment technologies, automation tools, and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.

• Developing and implementing innovative attraction strategies to strengthen the company's employer brand and market presence.
• Building relationships with external partners, universities, professional organizations, and talent communities to enhance sourcing capabilities.
• Monitoring recruitment metrics and analysing performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Staying informed on talent market trends, competitor activity, and emerging recruitment practices.
• Planning and leading recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding campaigns.
• Supporting training and development initiatives related to hiring, interviewing, and talent acquisition processes.
• Collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment policies, processes, and standards.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Profile

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly collaborative Talent Acquisition leader with a strong track record of delivering recruitment results in complex, international organisations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Management, or Talent Attraction leadership roles.
• Experience managing recruitment activities across multiple European markets.
• Proven ability to design and implement structured, scalable recruitment processes.
• Strong expertise in candidate assessment methodologies and selection techniques.
• Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging recruitment data to drive decision-making.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach combined with strong organizational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business demands.
• Experience developing recruiters, hiring managers, and recruitment capability within an organization.
• Knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital sourcing strategies.
• Experience within the retail, consumer goods, fashion, or multi-site environment would be highly advantageous.
• Strong ATS expertise, ideally with Workday or a comparable platform.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies.

Experience & Languages

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including responsibility for multiple European countries.
• Previous experience developing recruitment frameworks, tools, training programs, and talent acquisition support models.
• Prior team leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent English is required.
• Additional language skills such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian would be considered a strong asset.
