Job summary

Quobly, based in Grenoble, is building a silicon spin-qubit quantum computer, leveraging 300 mm FD-SOI technology and a unique European industrial ecosystem. We are seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to accelerate growth and strengthen leadership in quantum computing.

You will define market strategy across Product, Business and Communications, turning market and customer signals into clear, actionable go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of experience in marketing, strategic marketing or product marketing in an international setting.
• Experience in a technical B2B or deeptech environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear market insights.

Responsibilities

• Define market segmentation, customer personas, target industries and the related go-to-market strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities, monitor competitors and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Drive product positioning, messaging, value propositions and product or service launches.
• Represent the voice of the customer and turn market insight into recommendations for Product, pricing and Business.
• Coordinate Marketing, Product, Sales, Business Development, the CEO Office and Communications internationally.

The role

You will define the market strategy that enables Quobly to accelerate growth and strengthen its leadership in quantum computing. Working across Product, Business and Communications, you will turn market and customer signals into clear, actionable go-to-market plans.

Your responsibilities

• Define market segmentation, customer personas, target industries and the related go-to-market strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities, monitor competitors and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Drive product positioning, messaging, value propositions and product or service launches.
• Represent the voice of the customer and turn market insight into recommendations for Product, pricing and Business.
• Coordinate Marketing, Product, Sales, Business Development, the CEO Office and Communications internationally.

Your profile

• You bring 12 to 15 years of experience in marketing, strategic marketing or product marketing in an international setting.
• You have worked in a technical B2B or deeptech environment.
• You are highly skilled in segmentation, go-to-market strategy, product positioning and competitive intelligence.
• You can make complex technical topics clear and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience in semiconductors, HPC or quantum computing, together with an MBA, would be a strong advantage.
