Quobly, based in Grenoble, seeks a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-growing quantum tech company. You will coordinate communications with partners, manage the CEO’s schedule, and help orchestrate the next funding round while aligning with Quobly’s international strategy.
The role requires 3–8 years in strategic roles, fluency in French and English, and a track record in high-tech or deep tech environments.

At Quobly we made the choice of practical and scalable quantum technology. We are building a spin-qubit quantum computer on silicon, leveraging 300 mm FD-SOI technology and an industrial ecosystem that is unique in Europe.

Reporting directly to CEO Maud Vinet, the Chief of Staff is the linchpin of the CEO’s office, managing the CEO’s schedule and public profile and supporting her on strategic matters.
The role involves freeing up the CEO’s time, enhancing Quobly’s visibility and credibility, and coordinating the next funding round. The role is operational, involving daily interaction with the executive committee and Quobly’s network of public and private partners, investors, and supporters.
