Alma is hiring a Product Designer to own internal tooling and B2B SaaS experiences. You will design with a focus on data-rich workflows, AI-assisted exploration, and cross-tribe collaboration. The role requires fluency in English and French and a track record of shipping complex flows.

You will work in a fast-growing European team, shaping the backbone of Alma's payment and risk infrastructure while delivering exceptional user experiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience.
• Designed internal or back-office tools with dense data tables and multi-step workflows.
• Fluent in English and French; documentation in English.
• Autonomous on discovery and able to own research and handoff to engineers.
• Comfortable with data and analytics, dashboards and metrics.
• Part of the triad with PM and EM from the start.

Responsabilités

• Own user knowledge of your scope and frame problems with the right methods.
• Design end-to-end experiences across internal tooling and B2B products.
• Define success metrics with PMs and measure impact after go-live.
• Leverage AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping and documentation.
