Aera Technology is seeking a Principal Solution Engineer in Paris to support sales across the cycle and drive adoption of our Decision Cloud platform. You will work closely with Product Management and Marketing, helping prospects navigate selection and build compelling business cases.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in tech, 3+ years in pre-sales, and a strong background in supply chain. Hybrid office work in Paris with travel around 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience; 3+ years in a pre-sales role for enterprise software.
• Experience in Supply Chain Operations: Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory.
• Background in Data Science or Machine Learning is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with process manufacturing and CPG sectors is beneficial.
• Experience writing proposals and SOWs.

Responsabilités

• Articulate value and differentiators of the Decision Intelligence platform in client meetings.
• Conduct live demos tailored to each prospect’s challenges and objectives.
• Build Decision Intelligence Skills demonstrations within the Aera Workspace.
• Develop understanding of Aera’s library of Decision Intelligence Skills.
• Drive POC/ POV programs and related workshops.
• Support ROI analyses and business case development to show value.
• Contribute to proposals, RFx responses, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Customer Success to define deployment roadmaps.
• Lead discovery sessions and executive presentations to align with priorities.
• Use storytelling to convey business value of the platform.
• Engage both technical and business audiences with data and enterprise tech know-how.
