Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to act as the presales partner for Managed Print Services projects. This role oversees MPS solutions from discovery through design, costing, contract negotiation, and handoff to implementation.

The successful candidate will bridge sales and operations across domestic, multi-country, and global engagements, collaborating with sales, legal, and SMEs to deliver measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Seven+ years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or related fields.
• Experience developing complex client solutions and working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of solution design, proposal development, cost modeling, pricing, and business-case preparation.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts and Statements of Work.
• Demonstrated ability to quantify and mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Advanced English-language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison among clients, Go-to-Market teams, Service Delivery, and Operations.
• Partner with sales teams to prospect, qualify, and renew opportunities.
• Participate in account planning and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a SME on business and technical matters.
• Present proposed solutions, recommendations, and business cases to clients and executives.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and profitability.
• Lead creation, review, and negotiation of Statements of Work.
