Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician - Printing Systems in the Drôme department (26) and surrounding areas. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair professional printing systems, including copiers and multifunction printers, delivering a high-quality customer experience in a field-based role.

You will diagnose faults, organize daily activities, manage parts/tools, and report on activity while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in electrical engineering, maintenance, IT, or related field.
• Experience with maintenance or service of professional printing systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair professional printing systems, including copiers and multifunction printers.
• Diagnose technical faults and respond effectively to restore customer service.
• Organize daily activities based on customer needs and documented processes.

Overview:

Field Service Technician - Printing Systems (M/F) is a field-based role supporting customers across the Drome Department (26) and neighboring departments. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair professional printing systems while helping deliver a high-quality customer experience. This role offers daily customer interaction, autonomy, and hands-on technical work.

What You Will Do:

What You Need to Succeed:

• Technical qualification in electrical engineering, maintenance, IT, or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, maintenance, IT, network environments, and digital equipment
• Technical capability to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Effective interpersonal and professional communication skills with a customer-focused and adaptable approach
• This position requires a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company’s motor vehicle safety standards.
