Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience with Python/Django in production.
• Strong software fundamentals: clean, tested code, good data structures.
• Experience handling production incidents end-to-end: assess impact, fix, root cause.
• Ability to own a project end-to-end: from scoping to deployment and monitoring.
• Autonomy with clear, frequent communication: incremental delivery and updates.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scale integrations, strengthen system resilience and observability.
• Tackle production incidents, identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Own features end-to-end: design, implement, deploy and monitor.
• Work on a large Django application with ownership and production readiness.
