Job summary

microTECH Global LTD is seeking a SoC/IP Verification Lead Engineer in France. You will lead a verification team, define strategies, and drive UVM-based testbench development while collaborating with Architecture and Design teams on robust SoC/IP verification for space/defence/aerospace-grade products.

The role requires 8+ years in verification, strong SystemVerilog/UVM, and leadership capabilities, with hands-on technical leadership and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SoC/IP verification experience.
• Strong SystemVerilog, UVM and C-based verification skills.
• Knowledge of ARM architectures, AMBA, PCIe, DDR and complex SoC designs.
• Experience with UPF, DFT and scripting using Python, Tcl or Shell.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and mentor a verification team.
• Define verification strategies, plans and methodologies.
• Lead UVM-based testbench development, simulation and debugging.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Design teams to ensure robust SoC/IP verification.
