Job summary

microTECH Global LTD is seeking an experienced Verification Tech Lead for hybrid roles in France (Sèvres, Jacou or Meylan). The role centers on technical ownership of verification strategies for FPGA/SoC/IP platforms in space/defense sectors.

You will mentor teams, drive verification methodologies, and collaborate across RTL, Back-End, DFT, Validation and Software groups. Required is an engineering degree in electronics/microelectronics, 3+ years in project management, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or equivalent.
• Proven experience in digital verification of complex SoC/IP.
• Experience leading verification teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Minimum 3 years in project management within electronics environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
