Aedvices is seeking a Tech Lead Verification Engineer to drive verification of complex ASICs and SoCs while leading a team of engineers in industrial projects. You will define verification strategies, architect test environments and ensure high-quality results across demanding HPC, AI, and defense-related applications.

You will mentor junior staff, propose workflow improvements, and collaborate with senior technical leadership to implement innovative verification approaches.

Tech Lead Verification Engineer (ASIC/SoC) M/F

As part of our growth, we are looking for a technical lead verification engineer with proven experience in industrial projects to strengthen our ability to lead large-scale projects.

Your main responsibilities

As a Tech Lead and confirmed expert in verification technologies, your role combines technical development with the operational management of an engineering team.

You define verification methodologies tailored to specific project requirements and architect verification environments based on client constraints. You lead the verification of complex ASICs and SoCs, oversee verification plans, and serve as the primary guarantor for the quality of the verification performed.

You mentor junior and mid-level engineers, helping them advance their technical skills and foster autonomy while ensuring team cohesion. Additionally, you propose improvements to existing workflows and methodologies, collaborating with the company’s technical leadership on innovative approaches.

You will join and grow within our R&D team, reporting directly to the Head of the Verification Department.

Is the job right for you?

To carry out your missions, you need to master several essential technical topics:

• Functional verification of IPs, ASICs and SoCs
• Python-based and SystemVerilog-based testbench development
• Development of verification plans
• Knowledge of RTL design languages, Verilog especially
• System-on-chip architectures, typically ARM-based or RiscV-based
• Interconnects and Network-On-Chip, AMBA protocols (AXI, AHB, APB, CHI, …)
• PCIe-CXL, Ethernet and Bluetooth advanced communication protocols
• Advanced verification techniques and methodologies: formal Verification, SVA, UVM
• Written and spoken English

Other skills welcome:

• Object Oriented Programming principles and techniques

For an efficient and fruitful collaboration, we expect you to:

• Have an Engineering degree or Master’s degree in electronics/embedded systems, and at least 8 years’ experience in verification of digital design,
• Have a growth mindset and know how to combine progress and pragmatism,
• Be eager to learn new things, grow your skills and elaborate creative technical solutions,
