Job summary

NanoXplore SAS is seeking a SoC/IP Verification Tech Lead to drive verification strategy for complex SoCs and IPs. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team in Sèvres (Paris area) or Meylan (Grenoble), shaping verification methodologies and ensuring product reliability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SoC/IP verification.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Fluent professional English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop the Verification Team: build, structure, grow the team; recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, coaching; promote technical excellence.
• Define and Drive Verification Strategy: collaborate with Architecture and Design; write and maintain verification plans; promote best practices.
• Deliver High-Quality Verification: develop advanced verification environments and testbenches; run simulations; analyze results; ensure coverage and reliability.
• Provide Technical Leadership: guide engineers on challenges; influence methodology decisions; act as a technical reference.
