Job summary

Guidewire is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for the Benelux region to own and grow a defined territory, driving migration, expansion, and new logo acquisition. You will lead complex sales cycles with insurers, articulating the value of Guidewire’s cloud and AI capabilities and aligning solutions to customer strategies.

You will build trusted relationships with IT and business decision-makers, manage the full cycle from discovery to close, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience selling SaaS to insurers/financial services is a plus.
• Ability to navigate multi-level decision-making and build executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own Benelux territory management and build a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with IT and business decision-makers at insurers.
• Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to close and negotiate multi-year deals.
• Coordinate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services to execute plans.
