CoreWeave seeks a senior enterprise sales leader to own Southern Europe, spanning France, Italy, Iberia, and the wider Mediterranean region. You will craft market strategies, drive revenue growth, and build a regional sales organization while engaging with senior executives to close multi-year agreements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect customer objectives with CoreWeave’s infrastructure and software platform, ensuring scalable adoption and long-term value.

Competenze

• 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• 8+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record closing high-value, multi-year agreements.
• Fluent English and French language skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.

Mansioni

• Own the Southern Europe business, including regional strategy and revenue performance.
• Develop and execute multi-year market-capture plans for France, Italy, Iberia.
• Design regional segmentation, territory, and coverage models.
• Build and scale the regional sales organization and leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to align objectives with CoreWeave capabilities.
• Develop relationships with senior executives and strategic stakeholders.
• Close complex, multi-year commercial agreements subject to HQ review.
• Drive adoption of CoreWeave platform and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Represent regional market dynamics within CoreWeave and global priorities.
