Rubrik is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for France to provide technical direction to the France sales team and drive regional revenue through innovative programs. You will evangelize and architect Rubrik's Data Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools for enterprise and mid-market customers in France.

You will lead discovery, demos, and technical validation, and act as a trusted advisor while collaborating with account teams, partners, and customers to advance opportunities and close

Qualifications

• Solid sales engineering experience in software or data center environments.
• Fluent French and business-level English for customer-facing work.
• Broad technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and DR, and data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Provides technical leadership to customers and internal staff in pre-sales in the assigned market.
• Owns discovery, demos, and technical validation largely independently to keep opportunities moving.
• Demonstrates leadership on Rubrik products across on-prem, cloud, SaaS, identity, and AI-driven needs.
• Acts as a technical expert to develop solutions meeting customer tech and business requirements.
• Gives technical and sales presentations to customer technical staff and senior management.
• Builds trusted advisor relationships and champions for Rubrik throughout the evaluation and buying process.
