Job summary

AWS is seeking a senior business development leader to drive partnerships with Horizontal Business Applications Partners across Southern Europe and France. You will lead revenue growth, enable sales, and coordinate GTM efforts with ISVs, SI and Channel partners while aligning with AWS field teams.

You will craft multi-partner GTM motions, collaborate with partner marketing on demand generation, and track KPIs to ensure sustained partner success and marketplace adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology-related business development, channel management, alliances, or enterprise software sales.
• Track record of consistently exceeding revenue and pipeline targets.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and B2B software technologies, market trends, and business models.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth with Horizontal Business Applications Partners across Southern Europe.
• Drive sales execution through lead generation, sales enablement, and coordinated activities between ISV partners, strategic consulting partners and AWS field organizations.
• Create and localize GTM motions that drive ISV growth on AWS and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and implement multi-partner GTM motions (e.g., ISV+ISV, ISV+Channel, ISV+SI).
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on demand generation activities.
• Identify strengths and opportunities in your category and contribute to strategic business planning.
• Meet or exceed revenue, pipeline generation and AWS Marketplace adoption targets.
• Secure and leverage internal resources, tools, and investments to support partner growth.
• Establish strong governance, deliver regular business reviews and track KPIs for partner success.
