Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch) seeks a seasoned partnerships professional to drive growth with Global System Integrators and advisory partners across France. You will own go-to-market plans, co-sell motions, and field activation to accelerate revenue and customer success.

In this role you will spend time in the field with partner sellers and AWS teams, shaping joint strategies, managing partner funding, and building executive relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
• Experience with Global System Integrators and/or large consulting/advisory firms.
• Proven ability to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that generate measurable pipeline.
• Fluent in French and English (C1+).
• Experience in enterprise IT transformation including cloud and GenAI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner relationships across France, advising and activation.
• Develop and execute Area Partner Business Plans to translate capabilities into pipeline and revenue.
• Design Joint Go-To-Market strategies and activation programmes.
• Lead field activities: GTM bootcamps, partner sessions, co-sell support.
• Manage funding and MDF investments with ROI focus.
• Build senior-level relationships with partner executives and conduct quarterly reviews.
