Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager in Courbevoie, France to lead strategic growth and field activation for Global System Integrators and advisory partners. You will own joint go-to-market planning, drive co-sell motions, and expand partner collaboration with AWS account teams.

You will build area partner business plans, accelerate revenue, and manage executive relationships with GSI leaders.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
Experience with Global System Integrators or large consulting firms.
Proven ability to build partner business plans with measurable revenue.
Deep expertise in enterprise IT transformation including cloud migration and GenAI adoption.
Fluency in French and English (C1+).
Master's degree in engineering, commerce, or business administration.
Experience interpreting data to inform business recommendations.
Familiarity with AWS platform, solutions, and capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end partner relationships at area level across a portfolio of GSI and BCAP partners.
Develop and execute Area Partner Business Plans to generate pipeline and revenue.
Design and deliver Joint Go-To-Market strategies with vertical solutions and campaigns.
Drive field activation and co-sell motions with partner sellers and AWS teams.
Conduct regular pipeline and business reviews using data-driven insights.
