Job summary

Akeneo, a leader in Product Experience Management, seeks a Senior Director, Centre of Excellence, to define and scale a global CoE. You will lead Forward Deployed Engineers and Strategic PXM Consultants to support top customers, translating lessons into reusable patterns and product evolution.

You will partner with Product leadership, codify best practices, and sponsor high-value engagements while ensuring scalable, repeatable delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in consulting and/or engineering roles.
• Proven history of leading high-impact customer projects.
• Fluent in English with strong communication to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, charter, and operating model of the CoE.
• Build, lead, and scale a global team of PXM experts and FDEs.
• Ensure premium accounts receive differentiated, high-impact engagements.
• Partner with Product leadership to influence roadmap and platform evolution.
• Codify best practices and methodologies into reusable standards.
• Act as executive sponsor for the most complex customer engagements.
• Guide GTM teams on CoE utilization for maximum impact.
• Be accountable for the P&L of the CoE.
