Job summary

European Tech Recruit is partnering with a leading semiconductor company in Caen to hire a Senior System Architect (RF/mmW). You will drive the specification and architectural definition of complex RF/mmW communication ICs, ensuring peak performance and reliability for next-generation products.

You will lead system-level exploration, perform trade-off analyses, and collaborate with design, V&V teams to deliver robust architectures and test strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of product definition and system engineering experience in RF/mmW wireless ICs.
• Strong programming and modeling skills: C, C++, MATLAB, Python.
• Experience in digital/analog communications system specification and trade-off analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level architecture exploration and definition for RF/mmW semiconductor IC products.
• Gather requirements and translate product needs into technical specifications.
