Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV is seeking a RF/mmW TEST ENGINEER in Caen, France, to develop industrial test solutions for mass production. You will drive test deliverables, balancing electrical performance, time-to-market, quality, and cost while collaborating with global partners.

You will influence test strategy and ATE hardware from early design stages. Fluency in English, 5–10 years of RF/mmW test development, and PCB design experience are essential to succeed in this role within our STI Business

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of RF/mmW test development experience using ATE systems.
• Experience in RF/mmW PCB design for developing ATE loadboard and contact technology selection.
• Deep knowledge in RF/mmW measurement techniques, design for testability, and high-speed digital.
• Familiar with quality screening techniques and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop industrial test solutions (hardware and software) for mass production.
• Drive deliverables to timely completion with high quality, balancing performance, time-to-market, cost.
• Define test strategy and test programs and ATE hardware for projects.
• Prepare test setups for formal product qualification and release into mass production.
