NXP Semiconductors in France is seeking an Analog / RF/mmWave Senior Principal Test Engineer to lead the development of industrial test solutions for mass production within the Automotive Radar product line.

You will work on defining test strategies, designing test hardware/software, and collaborating with global teams to ensure performance, quality, and cost targets are met across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Analog, RF/mmW test development experience.
• Experience in Analog, RF/mmW PCB design for developing ATE loadboard as well as contacting technology selection.
• Knowledge in Analog, RF/mmW measurement techniques, design for testability.
• Familiar with quality screening techniques.
• Fluency in English and ability to operate in a global environment with multiple partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop industrial test solutions (hardware and software) for mass production and support the design team during development of new products.
• Drive deliverables to timely completion with the high quality expected by our customers.
• Balance electrical performance, time-to-market, quality, and cost on a daily basis.
• Be involved from the very beginning of the specification and design of the product.
• Design for Test features will be implemented to achieve the expected performances and quality at the lowest cost.
• Develop the test strategy and associated test programs and ATE hardware as the project progresses.
• Prepare the test setup for formal product qualification and release into mass production.
• Collaborate across functions and with partners in US, Europe and Asia to communicate effectively.
• Make timely decisions amid incomplete information, managing risks and setting priorities driven by business impact.
• Passion for innovation and desire to contribute to growth through state-of-the-art test solutions.
