Brevo is transforming its operations to become AI native, and we’re seeking a software engineer who can accelerate the rollout of AI Ops initiatives across agent code, DevOps, and deployment. The role requires pragmatic, end-to-end autonomy and a holistic, whole-system view.

You will join the AI Ops team, building and operating AI agents, applications, and the tooling in production to support scalable, reliable operations.

The Role

Brevo is transforming all of its operations to become AI native: from customer support to RevOps, including both analytical and operational data consumption. The AI Ops team drives this transformation: it builds and operates AI agents, applications, and the associated tooling, in production. We're looking for a software engineer who can accelerate the rollout of AI Ops initiatives: pragmatic, end-to-end autonomous (from agent code through to DevOps and deployment), and able to hold a whole-system view, not just their own piece of it.
