Job summary

Alan is hiring for a Senior Revenue Operations role joining the Sales Effectiveness team to optimize our sales processes across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, from strategy to execution, partnering with Sales, Product, and Finance to drive measurable impact.

You’ll leverage a modern stack including Salesforce, SQL, Metabase, and low-code tools, with a focus on automation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops/Sales Effectiveness, hands-on building the sales machine.
• Strong ownership, PM skills, comfortable driving initiatives end-to-end.
• Builder mindset, hands-on, able to shadow, train, measure adoption.
• Able to write and own SQL queries (joins, basic data modeling).
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end: roadmaps, design, build, measure.
• Spend time in the field to spot gaps and design smarter workflows.
• Evaluate new tools, run tests, roll out what works.
• Enablement: shadow, train, measure adoption, iterate until change sticks.
• Build scalable workflows with low-code tools and AI integrations.
