Shine's Data team seeks a Senior Data Analyst in Paris to shape how BU Managers and Country GMs steer revenue, churn and growth across markets. You will own dashboards, KPI governance and data modelling using SQL/dbt, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Finance and Customer Success.

You’ll work with a mature stack (Snowflake, dbt, Python, Omni) and enjoy a hybrid work policy with two remote days per week, in modern office spaces across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics or Revenue Analytics in a SaaS/fintech environment.
• Strong SQL and data storytelling to senior stakeholders.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI frameworks for growth and revenue.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern the KPI framework for your BU scope including revenue, churn, activation, retention, LTV and payback.
• Design and deliver dashboards enabling performance steering for BU Managers and Country GMs.
• Build scalable data models using SQL and dbt to support marketing analytics needs.
• Lead analytics projects end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own funnel and lifecycle analysis from onboarding to retention and revenue quality.
• Analyze paid and organic performance for cross-channel insights.
• Support experimentation and incrementality testing for marketing.
• Bridge insights across Revenue, Product, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success.
