Alma is seeking a Revenue Systems Lead to own and evolve its revenue systems stack, with Salesforce at the core and tools like Gong and Aircall connected around it. You will shape architecture, governance and scalable processes to support growth across markets, products and sales motions.

You will translate ambiguous business problems into scalable system decisions and drive projects from scoping to implementation, collaborating with senior stakeholders while remaining close to data,

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years in Sales Systems, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Solutions Engineering or similar go-to-market systems roles.
• Deep hands-on experience administering and architecting Salesforce at scale.
• Business-first mindset with excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own Alma's Revenue systems architecture, with Salesforce at its core, and ensure the stack works as one system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships and Finance to understand needs and decide what to build.
• Work with Central Data Team and Looker to ensure trustworthy CRM data and meaningful reporting.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
