Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support growth across marketing and monetization. You will design data models, build dashboards and work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires 4+ years in data analysis, proficiency in SQL and/or Python, and Tableau dashboard experience. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the Paris office.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience in Data Analysis.
• Proficient with SQL and/or Python, with experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Autonomous with strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with statistical modeling & predictive analytics.
• Excellent verbal & written communication abilities.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau.
• Experience in gaming industry or mobile marketing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and monitor data models & dashboards to track business metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify key business needs and solve them using statistical models.
• Document results and provide onboarding and training to help teams utilize data and insights.
• Establish data quality processes to ensure reliability and accuracy of ML models.
• Promote data literacy within the organization and serve as primary data contact for inquiries.
• Demonstrate strong communication with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced scale-up.
• Collaborate with central data team to source additional data and improve data management.
