The role combines strong ownership, cross‑department coordination, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Fluency in English and French is required, with a bias toward collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Master in Management or Engineering with ≥5 years in client-facing real estate roles.
• Experience in Portfolio/Asset Management or Transactions.
• Strong knowledge of real estate modeling and Argus Enterprise.

Responsabilités

• Manage client interactions within a Portfolio team.
• Deliver strategic portfolio analyses and reports.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance drivers.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for execution quality.
• Support junior colleagues and share best practices.
