PGIM Real Estate seeks a senior associate to drive financial operations for SPVs in Europe, focusing on France and Luxembourg. You will partner with Portfolio and Asset Management, handling external service providers and governance, while ensuring robust financial controls and compliant reporting.

The role requires real estate accounting expertise, IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and fluent English and French, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Real estate accounting/control experience with IFRS/GAAP knowledge.
• At least 6 years in accounting/controlling with asset management background.
• Strong verbal and written English and French communication.
• Experience with external service providers and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilités

• Control external service providers under a governance program.
• Ensure timely, accurate IFRS/GAAP financial reporting for SPVs.
• Coordinate distribution forecasts and regulatory reporting.
• Manage cash flows, invoices, payments and financing activities.
• Oversee tax filings and transfer pricing considerations with liaised teams.
