Invesco is seeking an Associate, Investment Analyst to join the French Real Estate Investments team in Paris. You will support the full investment lifecycle from acquisitions to asset management and disposals, working closely with Transaction and Asset Management professionals to deliver value across Europe.

The role offers exposure to high-profile investments, with a focus on rigorous financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring within a leading global real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced financial modelling capabilities in Excel.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Previous internship experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, M&A, or related fields.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support the evaluation and underwriting of real estate investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial models, cash flow analyses, investment papers, and presentations.
• Assist with acquisitions, due diligence processes, and transaction execution.
• Participate in meetings with external stakeholders and property inspections.
• Support the management and monitoring of the existing French real estate portfolio.
• Assist with asset business plans, reporting, and portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate with investment, fund management, and operations teams across Europe.
• Contribute to asset management initiatives and broader business projects.
