Jobtailor in Paris, France, is seeking a finance-focused professional to underwrite investment opportunities, prepare marketing materials for internal and external use, and drive due diligence workstreams within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You will perform complex financial analyses and valuations, model the returns on the business and the portfolio, and support investment and finance management on financings, acquisitions, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, management, finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant investment, M&A and/or the banking industry with exposure to data center, real estate, and/or infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills, ideally with a real estate and/or corporate focus.
• Strong project planning and self-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and French; another European language is an asset.
• Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
