Job summary

PGIM Real Estate is offering an internship for an Intern Analyst in Paris. You will participate in the full investment process across direct and operational real estate, assisting with acquisition, asset management, portfolio management and dispositions.

You will perform real estate valuation analysis and Excel cash-flow modelling, conduct market research, and help with negotiations, due diligence and transaction execution.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a top business or engineering school
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with acquisition, asset management and portfolio management
• Support due diligence, legal negotiations and transaction execution
• Contribute to leasing and execution of works
• Draft memoranda and presentations for internal and external use
• Assist in market research and real estate valuation modelling
• Collaborate on a range of deals across direct and operational real estate
