Filigran is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the OpenCTI Integration team and drive the roadmap with the product team. You will balance coding with team leadership, shaping standards and direction while contributing code daily.

You will own technical quality, team well-being, and delivery execution for a team building connectors that feed OpenCTI with external data, unifying threat intel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong technical skills and a solid Python background.
• 3+ years of experience in team management, preferably in a start-up or scale-up setting.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience building distributed systems or integration platforms with data pipelines and APIs.
• Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity.
• Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment.
• Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Own the mindset, energy, and well-being of your team.
• Run structured, effective 1:1s and annual reviews to support growth.
• Define clear objectives and expectations for every team member.
• Maintain full visibility on ongoing tasks and progress.
• Be accountable for ETAs and delivery with risk awareness.
• Actively challenge Product on definitions, priorities, timing, and roadmap trade-offs.
• Write, review, and merge code daily as a core responsibility.
• Deliver meaningful PR reviews to elevate code quality and team growth.
• Own technical deliverables end-to-end from design to implementation.
