Filigran is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the XTM One team and help shape a state-of-the-art product and the core platform for the XTM Suite. You will collaborate with the Engineering Manager and a small agile squad to define architecture and advance our unified AI solution.

This high-impact role blends rapid iteration with code quality, and you will contribute to the product vision, address complex challenges, and help us scale the platform across SaaS and On-Premise deployments.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Full Stack development, with strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Architectural Mindset: experience with genAI frameworks, agent-based approaches, and LLM usage.
• Ownership and agility: proven ability to drive projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication in English and French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Full Stack Architecture: build a scalable app deployable as SaaS and On-Premise using TypeScript and Python.
• Architectural Evolution: refine software architecture for AI team integrations.
• Rapid Prototyping: iterate quickly and refactor or drop code as product vision evolves.
• Community Management: engage with Open Source communities (GitHub, Slack).
• Team Structuring: help shape development processes and culture as an early hire.
