Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced pharmacovigilance professional to serve as Senior Safety Domain Expert for Veeva Falcon. You will bridge hands-on case processing with strategy, shaping next-generation PV automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of active experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety Operations.
Deep understanding of day-to-day case processing workflows, intake, validation, and global expedited reporting timelines.
Strategic PV Operations expertise with vision for automation and digital transformation.
Demonstrated AI experience with AI-driven software or ML applications in pharmacovigilance or life sciences.
Strong ability to bridge PV knowledge with technical product teams and present to executive customers.

Responsabilités

End-to-End Workflow Guidance: advise product and engineering on safety case intake, triage, validation, and data reconciliation workflows.
AI Calibration & Verification: review and verify AI-driven outputs for precision and safety.
Strategic PV Ops Vision: translate PV trends into platform capabilities and automation strategies.
Early Adopter Engagement: interact with PV leads to translate feedback into platform enhancements.
Stress-Test Scenario Building: map complex safety scenarios to evaluate platform reasoning.
