Qualifications

• 5+ years of active experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety Operations
• Deep tactical understanding of day-to-day case processing workflows and timelines
• Strategic PV Operations expertise with automation and digital transformation vision
• Demonstrated AI experience in pharmacovigilance or life sciences
• Strong ability to bridge PV knowledge with technical product teams and executives

Responsabilités

• Advise product and engineering on safety case intake, triage, validation, and data reconciliation workflows
• Review, evaluate, and verify AI-driven platform outputs for precision, accuracy, and safety compliance
• Translate macro PV trends into actionable platform capabilities and long-term automation strategies
• Engage directly with PV leads and processing specialists at early adopters to translate feedback into enhancements
• Map out complex safety case scenarios to evaluate the platform's reasoning boundaries
