Veeva Systems is seeking an Engagement Manager in our Commercial Business Consulting practice to lead complex, global Life Sciences engagements. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, shape client strategy, and deliver tangible outcomes powered by Veeva’s data, AI and industry insights.

You will build senior client relationships, lead multi‑project teams, and manage budgets in the $1M+ range while contributing to practice growth and internal IP.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Expertise in Go‑to‑Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, and Omnichannel strategy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Delivery: end‑to‑end lead on complex, global engagements.
• Account Leadership: build senior relationships and drive proposals and strategy.
• People Leadership: lead 4+ consultant teams across projects.
• Financial Oversight: manage project budgets of $1M+.
