Veeva Systems seeks an Engagement Manager for its Commercial Business Consulting practice. You will lead end-to-end, global engagements and manage senior client relationships, guiding multiple project teams. You’ll oversee budgets, drive strategy, and help grow internal IP in Life Sciences with a flexible Work Anywhere model.

You should bring 8+ years in Life Sciences consulting, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in large engagements and GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Strong Go-to-Market, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy knowledge.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end lead on the most complex, large-scale engagements.
• Build and navigate senior client relationships and drive long-term account strategy.
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as primary contact for health and commercial success.
• Support brand-building activities and internal IP development.
