Veeva Systems in France is seeking a Principal Consultant to transform how customers work with technology, data, and AI across the R&D value chain. You will lead global projects, shape operating models, and measure tangible business value for regulators, pharmacovigilance, and clinical domains.

You will drive business development, manage senior client relationships, and develop industry-leading thought leadership while guiding diverse teams toward high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of R&D Life Sciences consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Regulatory Operations/Affairs.
• Experience leading multiple project teams and managing senior-level client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsabilités

• Act as Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects.
• Grow business development for the R&D BC practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+.
• Mentor consulting teams and ensure delivery standards.
• Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Regulatory.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders leveraging data and software.
