Servier is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Systems & Tools Manager to partner with Global Safety, ensuring compliant PV systems and efficient information systems. The role requires expertise in pharmacovigilance, IT project leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset across a global environment.

You will translate business and regulatory needs into robust IT solutions, lead a diverse team, and support inspections. A collaborative, change-ready mindset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or informatics degree with at least 6 years in pharmacovigilance in an international environment.
• Demonstrated experience in team management is essential.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

Responsabilités

• LeadGlobal Safety IS projects from needs definition to monitoring deliverables and costs.
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory, data integrity, and user needs; be the business referent for PV systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management with ISD and Global Safety teams.
