Job summary

Jobgether partner is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive growth-focused website experiences from discovery through launch and evaluation. You will own conversion-focused design across the global website and landing pages, shaping experiments and iterative improvements with a data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with growth, marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to craft persuasive, on-brand experiences and storytelling that convert visitors into qualified

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in product design with end-to-end ownership of website and landing page design.
• Hands-on CRO, A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of hypothesis development, experiment design, statistical significance, and iterative optimization.
• Excellent visual design and UI skills, with a portfolio showcasing polished, high-performing web experiences and landing pages.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems for marketing websites.
• Strong storytelling and ability to communicate design decisions and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion optimization across the website and landing pages, driving opportunities and priorities.
• Plan, design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to translate business goals into customer experiences.
• Design landing pages for new product and feature launches in collaboration with product marketing teams.
• Maintain high standards of design craft and share feedback to uplift team output.
• Evaluate experiment results and iterate designs based on data and user insights.
