Laka is seeking a senior pricing professional to own pricing across five markets in the UK and Europe. The role blends direct-to-consumer and partner/B2B pricing, requiring strong coding-based models in Python and SQL, plus mentoring a Pricing Analyst.

With a remote-first setup and offices in London, Bristol and Amsterdam, you’ll influence growth, retention and profitability while communicating complex concepts to partners and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years' experience in insurance pricing.
• Experience pricing both direct-to-consumer and partner/B2B business.
• Build pricing models in code using Python and SQL.
• Focused on growth, retention and profitability.
• Ability to explain technical work to partners and leadership.
• Experience mentoring an analyst.
• Familiar with AI tools like Claude.

Aufgaben

• Define and deliver pricing for our Collective in the UK and Europe: caps, rating factors and fees.
• Price partner business and support Commercial team on deals and renewals.
• Prepare rate reviews and pricing proposals with insurers.
• Develop pricing stack, tools and processes with Engineering and Data.
• Manage and develop Pricing Analyst.
• Review pricing across five markets in first three months.
• Take cap and fee changes live with insurer approval.
• Elevate pricing stack within the first year.
