MongoDB Professional Services is seeking a Senior Consulting Engineer based remotely in Paris. The role requires deep technical expertise across multiple programming languages and databases, with the ability to guide customers from assessment through deployment and optimization.

You will train client teams and collaborate with product and engineering to influence the roadmap. Candidates should have 10+ years of relevant experience, strong diagnostic skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development/consulting experience across industries.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby or Go.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to customer implementations across the full application lifecycle.
• Deliver customer classroom-based training to architect, developer and operations roles.
• Work with a delivery team of consulting engineers, PMs, and account teams.
• Influence MongoDB product roadmap through field experience.
• Maintain billable utilization and drive client success.
