Keoni is seeking a Senior PMO Consultant or Tooling Project Manager in Paris to lead complex project and portfolio management initiatives. You will gather requirements, configure PPM tools, and drive governance with stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors.

The role emphasizes functional analysis, data quality, reporting (Power BI), and deployment management in a highly governed environment. A Master’s degree and PM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in information systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, developing, or deploying PPM/EPM solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate with business, technical teams, and vendors.
• One or more recognized project management certifications preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA).

Responsabilités

• Gather, qualify, and analyze tool evolution requirements.
• Contribute to tool improvement and deployment projects.
• Formulate recommendations for tool evolution and governance.
• Produce and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Manage planning, risks, actions, and monitoring indicators for programs.
