Keoni in Paris is seeking a Senior Program Director & PMO to oversee the current project portfolio, govern the Securities program, and prepare decision materials for the Executive Committee. You will coordinate governance bodies, draft minutes, monitor action plans, and report to IT stakeholders, while guiding project managers on TEMPO standards to ensure business alignment.

This role requires PMP/PMI or Prince2 certification and strong synthesis, with mastery of MS Project, Planview and Clarity

Qualifications

• Certified project/program management professional (PMP/PMI or Prince2).
• Excellent written and oral synthesis skills for a management audience (C-Level).

Responsabilités

• Prepare governance materials and minutes for meetings; consolidate action plans.
• Report to IT stakeholders; alert deviations; coordinate with PMs and teams.
• Support TEMPO method training; ensure link between PMs and the business; foster collaboration.
• Develop Master Plan and monitor milestones; manage workload; track CAPEX/OPEX; analyze variances with Earned Value.
• Create standard templates for progress tracking and risk management.
