Job summary

Keoni is seeking an experienced PMO to support cross-functional project portfolio management within the TRA department. The role consolidates workloads, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, alerts, and dependencies, and structures information from project managers.

The PMO will report to the Project Director and coordinate governance bodies. Required skills include proven PMO experience, strong reporting, risk and resource management, and fluent French.

Qualifications

• PMO / Project Management: proven track record.
• Reporting: proven ability to produce dashboards and summaries.
• Experience in cross-functional project/program portfolio management.
• Consolidation of schedules, workloads, resources and budgets.
• Risk management and analysis expertise.
• Production of dashboards and management reports.
• Preparation and facilitation of governance meetings.
• Ability to work directly with a Project Director.
• Fluent French is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of multiple projects and consolidate schedules.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and arbitration needs.
• Produce a consolidated portfolio overview and dashboards.
• Coordinate stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Monitor resources, capacity, and budgets; propose adjustments.
• Prepare minutes, summaries, and action plans; maintain PM frameworks.
