Keoni is seeking a bilingual SAP Change Manager to lead senior PMO activities across multi-project and multi-instance environments in a European context. You will diagnose organizational impacts, define target structures, run governance boards, and drive KPIs and dashboards with a proactive, autonomous approach.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT transformation, strong change management, ERP and procurement experience, and proven ability to partner with senior leaders and IT teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Senior IT transformation consultant with governance experience.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change in multi-project environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose existing organization and assess project impacts.
• Define target organization for multi-project context.
• Propose RUN/BUILD/PROJECTS work organization scenarios.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with teams and stakeholders.
• Define cross-functional governance, portfolios, and RUN/BUILD activities.
• Establish committees, rituals, and management rules.
• Define roles and responsibilities (RACI).
• Implement KPIs and dashboards, identify quick wins.
