Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance and is seeking a senior backend/platform engineer to own the GDPR Orchestrator and data lifecycle across the data foundations crew. You will design and operate privacy-aware systems, work with legal and security teams, and ship safe, scalable data rules with a focus on privacy by design.

You’ll contribute to the platform with Python and Typescript, participate in cross-country expansion, and help other product teams adopt the data

Qualifications

• Senior level experience (typically 8+ years) in backend or platform software engineering with production ownership.
• Built and operated platforms or services that other engineers depend on.
• Ability to coordinate with legal, security, data, and product teams and drive alignment to a plan.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve data lifecycle and privacy tooling, including a GDPR orchestrator.
• Build reusable platform components and self-serve tooling for 15+ areas to manage data rules.
• Collaborate across legal, security, data, and product teams to surface dependencies and resolve design trade-offs.
• Write production-grade code and operate it end-to-end (deployments, monitoring, on-call).
