Alan is seeking a Senior Backend/Platform Engineer to own the GDPR Orchestrator and data lifecycle governance. You will work across legal, security, data, and product teams to design and operate a scalable privacy platform, building open tooling and clear data-rule ownership for multiple business areas.

You will write code in Python/TypeScript, ship features to production, and ensure privacy-by-design across data products.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience (typically 8+ years) in backend or platform software engineering with production ownership.
• Experience building and operating platforms, libraries, or services relied upon by other engineers.
• Ability to influence across legal, security, data, and product teams to align on plans.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the privacy platform (build & run) with reliability and security.
• Build the paved road with docs, templates, and self-serve tooling for data rules.
• Coordinate across areas to surface data dependencies and resolve design trade-offs.
• Push the foundations forward by driving open platform design questions to closure.
