Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance and is seeking problem‑solver engineers. You will design global components, remove blockers for product teams, and align data across markets.

You’ll own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of solutions, collaborating with multiple countries and platforms. The role supports flexible remote work with strong backing for teams across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada.

Qualifications

• Strong object oriented programming skills and experience with modern web tech.
• Proficiency in Python/Flask and React stack for full‑stack work.
• Ability to navigate large, multi‑country codebases and teams.

Responsabilités

• Design cross-cutting modules to enable global features.
• Remove technical blockers for product teams across domains.
• Orchestrate data transformations and harmonize country models.
• Build and own solutions from design through maintenance.
